Abstract

This study is a literature review that examines the relationship between students' positive behavioral participation and academic outcomes. Positive behaviors such as discipline, responsibility, important motivation, perseverance, and cooperative attitudes are widely considered as non-cognitive factors that support successful learning. Through searching and analyzing various scientific journals, articles, and research reports over the past decade, this study shows that positive behavioral participation has consistently contributed to improving student learning outcomes at various levels of education. The results of this study indicate that a learning environment that supports the development of positive behaviors enhances a productive academic environment. This literature review confirms that in addition to developing the cognitive aspects of schools, strengthening positive behaviors should be an important part of the strategy to improve the quality of education.
